What practices ask us first
How long does it take to get started?
Most businesses are live in an afternoon. Add your services, your team and your working hours, and owners in the app can find and book you. We do the first session with you.
Do we need new hardware or software?
No. The portal runs in the browser on the computers, tablets and phones you already have. There is nothing to install.
Who can see our patients and records?
Only your team. Every business has its own account, and no other business on the platform can see your appointment book or your files. Owners see what you share to their animal's health book.
Does the AI scribe store recordings?
No. The audio is turned into a draft and then discarded. The vet reviews and signs the note before anything enters the record.
How do payments and payouts work?
Owners pay by card in the app through Stripe, either in full or as a deposit. Payouts go straight to your bank account, and every fee is itemised in the portal.
Can each member of staff have their own login?
Yes. Invite your vets, nurses and front desk, and give each role only the access it needs.
Which languages does it support?
English, Greek and Russian, in the portal and in the owners' app.
Is it only for veterinary clinics?
No. The tour shows a clinic, but the portal is shaped for 16 business types, including grooming salons, pet shops, boarding and daycare, trainers, shelters, transport and events.
