Vaccination dates live on a magnet. Lab results live in an email from six months ago. The weight is written on the back of a receipt. None of it is anywhere when a locum vet asks. Petifly keeps the whole medical history in one structured record that travels with your pet and is readable by the person treating them.
The detail that matters
Reminders fire as native Android alarms, not push notifications. A 07:00 dose arrives at 07:00 even if the phone sat idle all night with battery saver on, which is exactly when an ordinary notification would have been held back.
Pet AI
Advice that already knows your dog is a 5 kg beagle with an egg allergy
A search engine answers for dogs in general. It does not know your animal's weight, age, breed or what they react to, so you translate the answer yourself and hope you got it right. Petifly's assistant is handed your pet's actual record before your question, so the answer is about the animal in front of you. It is also explicit about when it should not be the one answering.
The detail that matters
Species, breed, age, weight, allergies and active medication are passed in with every question. Ask about a dose and it answers for a 5 kg animal, not a generic dog. It will also tell you plainly when the right next step is a vet rather than another paragraph.
If they go missing
The person who finds your pet does not have your app. That is the whole point.
Every lost-pet feature that requires the finder to install something has already failed. The person standing over your dog on a pavement is a stranger with a phone and thirty seconds of goodwill. Petifly's tag opens a plain web page on any phone: your pet's card, the medical alerts that matter, and a button that calls you.

The scan page needs no app, no account and no sign-up from the finder. And what it shows is yours to decide: name, phone, email, microchip and allergies are each switched on or off, and allergies can be set to appear only while the tag is flipped to lost.

Most days are not medical events. They are: has she been out, did anyone give the tablet, is he drinking enough in this heat. That is a coordination problem in a house with more than one person in it, and Petifly treats it as one, with a shared daily record rather than a private checklist on one phone.

Hydration is calculated from body weight, roughly 50 ml per kilo, not a flat number for everyone. A 5 kg cat and a 30 kg labrador get different targets, and the ring reflects what that animal actually needs today.
