Before you subscribe
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. Unlimited pets, the complete health book, reminders, walk tracking, bookings and the community are all free forever. Paid tiers add more AI and a handful of extras, and they never lock away your pet’s records.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Any time, from Profile → Membership. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted when you drop back to Free.
- How is billing handled?
- Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Petifly never sees or stores your card number. Yearly billing works out to roughly two months free compared with paying monthly.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Nothing is removed. Your pets, health records, reminders and history stay exactly where they are. You simply return to the Free AI allowance and lose the Plus and Premium extras.
- Do I need a subscription to book a vet or groomer?
- No. Booking services and ordering from shops are available on every plan, including Free.
- Is there a plan for businesses?
- Business accounts are separate from these consumer tiers. Head to the business section for how the vendor portal is priced.
