Yes. Unlimited pets, the complete health book, reminders, walk tracking, bookings and the community are all free forever. Paid tiers add more AI and a handful of extras, and they never lock away your pet’s records.
Any time, from Profile → Membership. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted when you drop back to Free.
Subscriptions are handled by a certified payment provider. Petifly never sees or stores your card number. Yearly billing works out at roughly two months free compared with monthly.
Nothing is removed. Your pets, health records, reminders and history stay exactly where they are. You simply return to the Free AI allowance and lose the Plus and Premium extras.
No. Booking services and ordering from shops are available on every plan, including Free.
