These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Petifly mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Petifly ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

Petifly is a platform that helps pet owners discover and book pet-related services (such as veterinary care, grooming, sitting, and walking), shop for pet products, keep pet health records, report and find lost pets, and connect with a community of pet owners.

3. Bookings & Third-Party Vendors

Services listed in the App are provided by independent third-party vendors, not by Petifly. We act as a platform that connects you with these vendors. We do not provide veterinary, grooming, or other pet-care services ourselves, and we are not a party to the agreement between you and a vendor.

Vendors are solely responsible for the services they provide. Any dispute regarding a service is between you and the vendor, although we may assist where reasonable.

4. Payments, Memberships & Credits

Prices for services, products, memberships, and credits are shown in the App before you confirm.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider on a secure hosted page; we do not store your card details.
Memberships may renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a membership in the App.
Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with the relevant vendor's policy and applicable law.

5. Pet Health Information

The App lets you record pet health information and may provide general guidance, including through an in-app assistant. This information is for general reference only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for the health of your pet. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian directly.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (reviews, community posts, photos, pet information).
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
Harass, abuse, or harm other users, vendors, or animals;
Post false, misleading, offensive, or infringing content;
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
Misuse location or lost-pet features (for example, submitting false SOS reports).

8. Lost & Found and Smart Pet Tags

If you use lost-and-found or smart pet-tag features, you understand that certain contact and pet details you choose to publish may be visible to other users or to anyone scanning a tag, to help reunite pets with their owners. Only include information you are comfortable sharing publicly.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that vendor services will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petifly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from services provided by third-party vendors. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
