Delete your Petifly account

This page explains how to delete your Petifly account (the pet care & services app) and the data associated with it. You can delete your account directly inside the app, or request deletion by email.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

Open the Petifly app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email support@petifly.pet from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove or anonymize:

Your profile and login (name, email, phone, avatar)
Your pets and their health records, journals, reminders and photos
Your addresses, bookings, orders and delivery details
Your reviews, community posts and messages
Any active membership and remaining credits

Your sign-in credential is removed so the email address can be reused. Reviews and community posts are removed or anonymized so they no longer identify you.

What may be kept, and for how long

We may retain a limited, anonymized record of transactions (for example, order or payment references) where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Such records no longer identify you and are kept only for the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted.
